Natomas Charter School Performing and Fine Arts Academy is a 6th - 12th grade program that focuses on rigorous academic and fine arts. We are currently seeking a part-time orchestra teacher to teach two morning classes - Beginning Strings and Symphony. There also may be an additional day each week after school for a one hour class.

Udner the teacher's guidance and assistance, duties will include; tutoring individual or small groups of students, incl. teaching instrument assembly, note & rhythm reading, tone production, posture, etc., & sectionals, copying music, helping to prepare music folders, filing music, maintaining records for book tending library. Communicating with parents via email and phone. Preparing purchase order and bus request forms, reimbursement forms. Entering attendance, practice record sheet grades & other data into computer. Assisting with recording rehearsals. Cleaning/testing instruments @ end of year.
